Michele has been a valued member of the Phoenix team for three years. Prior to joining Phoenix, Michele served as a Home Loan Specialist at Bendigo Bank, providing valuable experience that she brings to her current role.

Her average workday revolves around quoting and converting policies, renewing and endorsing policies, and talking to clients.

She loves to exercise and participate self-defence classes and hanging out with her family and dog.
