We are proud to have a long history of supporting the communities where we live and work, and more broadly throughout WA. Importantly, being active in the community is something everyone in our business gets behind, from visiting sporting matches to choosing charities and community groups to donate to. Below is a list of the current groups and businesses we support.
“Being involved in both our local communities and those of our client’s is part of the fabric of the business.”
– Shelley Hymas & David White, Phoenix Directors
We are Posi
Cool & comfy socks with a positive message
Posisocks were born from the idea that putting your socks on every morning is one of the most common routines we all have. The social good company, founded by AFL star Trent and his wife Brooke Cotchin, does valuable work in schools, with individuals and with businesses to make a positive difference in people’s lives.
As part of our Values in Action program, we have thrown our support behind We are Posi, securing a shipment of Posisocks to distribute within our networks.
Here’s a video introduction by Trent from Posi:
For every pair of socks purchased, We are Posi donate a pair of socks to someone in need, so if you, or your staff, would enjoy starting the day with a positive message on your feet, please get behind this great cause. Visit their website or Instagram page to learn more.

Uniting WA Food Rescue
The Uniting WA Food Rescue program provides vital community services including children, family and foster care services, NDIS disability, advocacy and mental health services, as well as financial wellbeing, homelessness and housing support. The program helps feed and nourish some of the most vulnerable people in our community by diverting unsold fresh food from landfill to the kitchens of homelessness services around Perth.
