Jakob brings his energy and a fresh perspective to Phoenix in Busselton, where he was a trainee for one year before transitioning to an employee role in 2023. Previously, Jakob served as a Senior Staff Member at Bakers Delight, where he honed his customer service and management skills.
As a valuable member of the Private Clients team, Jakob provides support to brokers Michele and Cindy by quoting new business and remarketing policies.
Outside of work, Jakob maintains a healthy lifestyle by hitting the gym or unwinding with his electric guitar.
