Her day-to-day work involves assessing client needs, negotiating with insurers, managing renewals, and ensuring every client feels confident in their coverage. Delene thrives on building meaningful relationships and delivering results that make a real difference.
Outside of work, Delene enjoys early morning walks with her three energetic dogs, who she shares a home with alongside her spouse George.
